Working in a hardware/agricultural store as a salesperson. I am planning and building display areas, creating social media content, customer advice and service. Örkelljunga Lantmannaaffär has given me wide experience in all parts of a company, from economics to sales as well as purchasing.
Together with the store manager I have been able to experiment with marketing on social media as well as creating flyers, banners and planning events to create brand equity.
One of the most important lessons I have learnt is to value your customers and always remember to bring the customer’s perspective on things.
